6 <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - May 8, 1975 <br />ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR FOR SEPARATE CONSIDERATION (cont'd): <br />3. d) and e) Lands of Stewart #BSA 6038-75 and BSA 6039-75: <br />Councilwoman Hiller moved, seconded by Councilman Helgesson and unanimously <br />carried to approve the request for building site approval as recommended, <br />with the additional condition imposed for a 10' pathway easement as <br />recommended by the Pathway Committee in their Minutes of April 28, 1975. <br />3. f) Lands of Fortis BSA 3037-75: <br />Councilman McReynolds moved, seconded by Councilwoman Miller that the request <br />for building site approval be granted as recommended with the additional <br />condition imposed for a ten foot pathway easement as recommended by the <br />Pathway Committee in their Minutes of April 28, 1975. Motion carried by the <br />following roll call vote: <br />AYE: Councilmen Cheney, Helgesson, McReynolds, Councilwoman Miller, Mayor <br />Grabowski <br />NO: NONE <br />ABSTAIN: NONE <br />ABSENT: NONE <br />3. g) Lands of Horton - Approved BSA subject to conditions, File #BSA <br />6035-75, J. Humber, Engineer. <br />Councilman McReynolds stated that since this property was located adjacent <br />to his, he would abstain from voting, but reserved the right to speak as a <br />citizen regarding this request. <br />Speaking from the Floor: <br />Mr. Steve McReynolds, Moody Road: Said that he had no specific objections <br />to the building site as approved with the recommended conditions, but raised <br />questions as to the fault trace as shown on the map and the possible re- <br />commendations for path easements on the property by the Pathway Committee. <br />At the request of Mayor Grabowski, Mr. Pastrof read the Pathway Committee <br />recommendations concerning this property from their Minutes of April 28th. <br />Discussion ensued between Council and Mr. Stutz, Chairman of the Pathway <br />Committee regarding the recommendations made. <br />he <br />in <br />notindicatewhere ki the recommendeded on the pathwayeasementness of twasmlocated. it did <br />Councilwoman Miller expressed concern over the fact that this was a large <br />parcel of property, but at the present time, there was only one building <br />site approval request, and the possibility of the parcel being developed one <br />lot at a time.
