Minutes of Adjourned Meeting - May 22, 1974 <br />Councilwoman Miller stated that on Page 2 of the Minutes of May 22nd, <br />under the discussion of Prop. 9, she and Councilman Cheney had voted <br />against the tabling of this discussion. The Minutes should be corrected. <br />1. Minutes of May 14, 1974 (Special Meeting: <br />Councilman McReynolds wished to abstain from voting on the Minutes of <br />May 14, 1974. <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Helgesson moved, seconded by <br />Councilman Cheney and unanimously carried to Approve the Minutes of May 22nd <br />and May 14th as corrected. <br />D. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR: <br />1. Mr. Bill Goetz, 25119 Tea Wa : Concerned about how SAD #10 would <br />affect is proper y w c s presently in litigation to determine exact <br />boundary of property line. Mayor Grabowski suggested that this matter <br />was more suited to discussion during the Public Hearing. <br />E. CONTINUING BUSINESS: <br />1. Discussion of Re ort from Pathwa Committee re Pedestrian and <br />Equestrian tra c on ower us ge oa <br />City Manager gave background of problem and questions raised several <br />weeks aqo regarding the pathway along lower Rhus Ridge Road which was <br />discussed with City Council and surrounding neighbors. The matter was <br />then referred to the Pathway Committee for study and recommendation. <br />Commander Joseph Dochnal, speaking for the Pathway Committee, told the <br />Council that the Committee had found that there was no path easement on <br />this road, and that Rhus Ridge Road was a private road. He said the <br />matter was discussed, and that the Committee had reached the decision <br />that there was nothing that could be done by the Committee or the Town, <br />but that it was a matter for the residents on the private road, since <br />they were unwilling to grant the Town the necessary easements for another <br />` <br />pathway. <br />-2- <br />
