The Mayor stated that Mr. William Minckley, Architect for the <br />remodeling of Town Hall, wished to make a presentation to Council, and <br />would be heard after Special Orders, because of the lateness of the <br />hour. <br />D. STAFF REPORTS, CORRESPONDENCE AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />In response to a question by the Mayor, City Attorney Frank Gillio <br />stated that it would be in order to announce after this meeting that <br />the Council would adjourn to an Adjourned Meeting on Tuesday, June 18th, <br />for the purpose of a field trip to the County Assessor's office. <br />E. SPECIAL ORDERS: <br />Discussion began about the requirements for cuts on Moody Springs Court, <br />and the City Engineer read condition 4 of the check list which provided <br />the Town's guidelines and regulations. The City Engineer agreed that <br />there was a possibility of moving, back the contour lines from the road <br />so there is more a rolling effect then a trapezoidal one as a result of <br />the necessary cuts. <br />The Council indicated that the main area of concern was the existing <br />structures on the property. The City Engineer read the conditions of <br />the Planning Commission regarding these structures. <br />Mr. Murl Fritschle, representing the Developer said there were a few <br />exceptions the Developer wished to take to the Planning Commission list <br />of requirements. The one exception was to the two year restriction on <br />the destruction of the existing structures. He said the present owner <br />of Lot 1 was living in one of the buildings and would like to continue <br />to do so until his permanent home is built, which would probably be <br />longer than the two years. <br />Speaking from the Floor: <br />Mr. Ste hen Drews 24641 Mood Road: Stated that he was the occupant of <br />t e Fuse re erre o, an tat ne was attempting to buy the lot as soon <br />as the property was subdivided and approved. He felt the two year <br />restriction was unreasonable for economic reasons. <br />After discussion on this matter, Council moved to a discussion on the <br />40 path requirements for the subdivision.
