B. CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Miller moved, seconded by <br />Councilman Kubby and carried unanimously that the Consent Calendar be <br />adopted as follows: <br />I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 16, 1973 (Regular Meeting) <br />May 31, 1973 (Special Meeting) <br />2. APPROVAL OF WARRANTS: $9,589.05 <br />3. MOTIONS FOR ADOPTION: <br />a. Motion denying claim of Craig Elevitch In the amount of <br />$23.20 for repair of his glasses and bicycle. <br />b. Motion granting Building Site Approval for Mr. L. Corbus on <br />3.342+ acres adjacent to Page Mill Road per recommendations <br />of Environmental Planning Comm lssion (BSA -99-73). <br />c. Motion granting Building Site Approval for Mr. R. Hungett on <br />1.208 acre parcel on Magdalena per recommendation of Environ- <br />mental Planning Commission (BSA -100-73). <br />C. CURRENT BUSINESS: <br />I. Review of Plans for proposed Town Hall expansion. (Prepared by Mr. <br />William Minckley, AIA). <br />Mr. William Minckley presented a report and drawings, Illustrating plans <br />for the proposed expansion of Town Hall. <br />Following discussion, It was the consensus of Council that the plans <br />as presented be pursued. The City Manager was directed to supply <br />additional information regarding appropriate protective covor for <br />equipment belonging to the Town. <br />2. Review of Plans for Proposed Riding Ring to be built for the Town by <br />the Los Altos Hills Horseman's Association on Town -owned property on <br />Purissima Road, (adjacent to Little League Ball Field). <br />City Manager Bruce Lawson presented a report concerning the applicatlon <br />for a proposed riding ring, stating that the staff recommended approval <br />of the application, and proceeding with construction. <br />Following a brief discussion, the following motion was adcpted: <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Kubby moved, seconded by <br />Deputy Mayor Davey and carried unanimously that the application and <br />plans for a proposed riding ring to be built for the Town by the Los <br />Altos Hills Horseman's Association be approved. <br />-2- <br />
