%F <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />March 15, 1971 <br />REEL 34 - SIDE 1, TRACK 2 -- FOOTAGE 230 - 920 <br />Mayor Walter A. Benson called the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Town <br />of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:45 P. M. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, <br />26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, with the following members answering mil call: <br />Present: Councilmen Corbett, Davey, Grabowski, Helgesson and Mayor Benson. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE: Chairman Weisbart <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 1, 1971 <br />Councilman Helgesson moved, seconded by Benson and carried unanimously that the <br />minutes of March 1, 1971 be approved as written. <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br />1. Mr. John Meccarello, 24699 Olive Tree Lane, requested attention to a cinderblock <br />(Air wall erected by his neighbor, which is falling over and is considered dangerous. <br />The Town Engineer reported that the neighbor, Mr. K. C. Imus,24627 Olive Tree Lane, <br />has been advised and that he will take corrective action. <br />2. Mrs. Florence M. Fava submitted her resignation as Town Historian, effective <br />immediately. <br />3. Mr. H. N. Reiser, 27660 Central Drive, requested that the Town make available <br />to interested neighbors copies of subdivision tentative maps which have been filed <br />with the Town. Council reconsidered this subject which had been discussed at the <br />last meeting and concurred that staff, when possible, could order the drawing but <br />the billing would be sent to the party requesting the maps. <br />4. Mr. J. R. Nabers, 13900 Fremont Pines Lane, objected to excessive noise from <br />aircraft, minibikes, etc. <br />5. Information on "How and Where to Recycle in the Bay Area" was received and is <br />available at the Town Hall. <br />6. Pacific Gas 6 Electric notified they have applied for an electric rate increase. <br />7. Palo Alto Mayor, Jack Wheatly, extended an invitation to all interested Council <br />members to attend an informational tour of the Regional Water Control Plant on <br />March 18, 1971. <br />r 8. Assembly Committee on Elections and Reapportionment will hold a public hearing <br />wft► in Sacramento on March 26, 1971. <br />
