SCHEDULED ITEM NO. 2s <br />INNESS, LANDS OF 379-71) Approval of Parcel Map for 2 Lots, Corner of <br />Altamont and Page Mill Roads. M. W. Wolff, Engr. <br />Staff reported Mr. Inness had submitted his Parcel Map for approval which <br />was in conformity with the Tentative Map, and that all dedications and fees <br />had been received along with the subdivision agreement and performance bond. <br />NOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Helgesson moved, seconded by <br />Corbett and carried unanimously to approve the Parcel Map (379-71) for <br />Lands of Inness for 2 lots at the corner of Altamont and Page Kill Roads. <br />SCHEDULED ITEM NO. 3: <br />NUTTER, LANDS OF (382-71) Approval of Parcel Map for 2 lots located off <br />La Paloma Road. M. W. Wolff, Engr. <br />Staff stated that Mr. Nutter had submitted a Parcel Map along with the <br />subdivision agreement and performance bond. The Town Engineer reported that <br />the map conformed to the Tentative Map approved October 4, 1971 and that <br />all fees had been paid and dedications received. <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Helgesson moved, seconded by <br />Corbett and carried unanimously to approve the Parcel Nap for Lands of Nutter <br />(382-71) for 2 lots off La Paloma Road <br />UNSCHEDULED ITEM NO. 1: <br />RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR THE CITY COUNCIL TO ADOPT <br />THE BIKE ROUTE AS PRESENTED BY THE PATHWAY COMMITTEE. <br />Staff reported that the Planning Commission had recommended that the <br />Bicycle Route Plan be adopted as presented by the Pathway Committee, but <br />it was noted refinements were necessary before it could be adopted as an <br />element of the General Plan. Floor comments were heard from Mrs. M. Saviano, <br />Chairman of the Pathway Committee. <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIEDs Councilman Grabowski moved, seconded by <br />Helgesson and carried unanimously to adopt the Pathway Committee's Bike <br />Route as an interim part of the Path Plan. <br />Council concurred that the proposed Master Bike Plan be referred to the <br />Planning Commission for a public hearing. Councilman Davey suggested that <br />consideration be given to the Arastradero bike traffic which has not been <br />incorporated into the plan. <br />UNSCHEDULED ITEM NO. 2: <br />REPORT FROM THE NOISE ABATEMENT COMMITTEE. <br />This study of noise suppression techniques for IS280 was continued at the <br />request of Mr. Don Miller of the Noise Abatement Committee. <br />UNSCHEDULED ITEM NO. 3: <br />DISCUSSION ON "PENINSULA ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY" RBST FOR TOWN TO PARTICI- <br />PATE IN "SPAY AND NEUTER CLINIC". <br />Staff reviewed a communicition from Mrs. Bettie Adams, 12375 Melody Lane, <br />which urged the Town to encourage the County Board of Supervisors to esta- <br />blish a clinic for the County or to join forces with Palo Alto in forming a <br />-2- <br />
