CITY COUI4CIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR I:ZETING <br />September 21, 1970 <br />REEL 30 - SIDE 2, TRACK 1 -- FOOTAGE 00-290 <br />Mayor Walter A. Benson called the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Town <br />of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:45 P. M. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall <br />26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Rills, with the following members answering roll call: <br />Present: Councilmen Aiken, Grabowski, Helgesson and Mayor Benson. Councilman Davey <br />arrived at 8:05 P. M. Absent: None. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE: Commissioner McReynolds. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: September 8, 1970 <br />Councilman F.elgesson moved, seconded by Aiken and carried unanimously that the <br />Minutes of September 8, 1970 be approved with the following addition: <br />Page 7, Other Business By Councilmen: <br />3. Councilman Davey requested staff to investigate whether the fence of W. L. Roscoe <br />along El Monte was located in the right-of-way. (Staff had investigated and noted <br />that it was not.) <br />06 LVPIf1WY11d111Vp J: <br />1. Letter from Joel Kubby, 26750 Palo Hills Drive, requesting status of the review <br />of ordinances relative to mini -bike operation. <br />2. Letter from V. L. Cancilla, Chief of the Santa Clara County Division of <br />Sanitation suggesting the Town take every precaution to insure sewer capacity is <br />provided for the ultimate development of the Eshner property. <br />3. Letter from W. R. George, 12881 Viscaino Place, requesting Town enforce <br />ordinances relative to substandard lots and non -conforming dwellings being occupied <br />on Purissima Road between Arastradero and Elena Roads. Staff noted that the <br />City Attorney had already initiated action. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />1. Staff advised that the County Public Works Department was recommending the <br />resurfacing of Foothill Expressway and that their report would be on the <br />September 22, 1970 Agenda of the Board of Supervisors. <br />SCHEDULED ITEM NO. 1: <br />LANDS OF ESHNER, (369-70) Tentative Hap, 14 Lots, Altamont Road. Engr. M.W. Wolff. <br />Mayor Benson announced that this item would be continued to the October 5 meeting <br />to allow further review. <br />SCHEDULED ITEI4 NO. 2: <br />PARKSIDE UNITS lit and V.5, (351-69) Tentative Map, Altamont Road and Taaffe Road. <br />L Engr. Saudis Assoc. <br />Iiayor Benson announced that this item would be continued to the October 5 meeting <br />pending outcome of whether the Health Department would allow installation of septic <br />tanks on certain lots of this subdivision. <br />
