UNSCHEDULED ITEM NO. 1: <br />VOORHEES, VANDERVEER (365-69) Final Map, 4 Lots, E1 Monte Road. Engr. E.H. Smith. <br />Staff advised that covenants required by the Council had been submitted and approved. <br />Since the Applicant had submitted a Parcel Map in -lieu of a Final Map, the approval <br />of the Council was requested to allow Staff to accept a Parcel Map. Staff noted <br />that this is acceptable per State law, but that our ordinances do not cover Parcel <br />Maps. <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Aiken moved, seconded by Grabowski and <br />carried unanimously to accept the Voorhees Parcel Map (365-69) in -lieu of a <br />Final Map. <br />UNSCHEDULED ITEM NO. 2: <br />MONTE LUCERO UNIT Y3, (345-68) Final Map, 5 Lots, Natoma Road. Engr. Sandia Assoc, <br />Staff reviewed the status of the Final Map for Monte Lucero Unit n3, whereby the <br />Planning Commission had agreed to the street name change from Murietta Lane to <br />Lucero Lane, but recommended that this private road be built with a 16' wide pavement <br />to putlic road standards with a 40' right-of-way. It was further noted that <br />clarification of pathways as well as their continuity within the area was required, <br />but Staff had been unable to contact the Applicant and resolve this problem. <br />MOTION, SECONDED AN'J CARRIED: Councilman Helgesson moved, seconded by Aiken and <br />carried unanimously that pending resolution of the pathways within Monte Lucero #2 <br />and 63 that consideration of the Final Map for Monte Lucero Unit 03 be continued to <br />the October 5 Agenda. <br />`Y UNSCHEDULED ITEM NO. 3: <br />MUNOZ, ROBERT M. (V-343-70), Request for reduction of front setback from 40' to <br />33h,' for a garage addition at 13460 Robleda Road. <br />Staff stated that the Planning Commission had recommended approval of a variance for <br />Mr. Munoz for a front setback from 40' to 33�' for a garage addition noting it would <br />be flush with the front of the house. Floor participation included Mr. Munoz. <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Helgesson moved, seconded by Aiken and <br />carried unanimously to approve Mr. Robert M. Munoz's variance request for a garage <br />addition by allowing a front setback from 40' to 33'x'. <br />460 <br />UNSCHEDULED ITEM NO. 4: <br />REPORT ON DATE OF MEETING TO DISCUSS "JOINT CITY -COUNTY PLANNING". <br />Council concurred to tentatively set the date of October 14, 1970 at 8:00 P.M. in <br />the Council Chambers to discuss the establishment of the proposed "Joint City -County <br />`„Planning Council" with representatives of the County. <br />&ISCIIEDULED ITEM i0. 5: <br />STAFF RLPORTS: <br />1.
