<br />Sunnyval Council noted with regret that two public hearings had been held,
<br />the va.riancc had been granted and could not be reheard since sufficient
<br />legal grcunds were not present.

<br />the Council so desired. Council notae, that approximately fifteen persons
<br />were pres_nt in the audience who opposed any use of the property other than
<br />4 for open space.
<br />Council concurred that a 30 -day extension of time should be requested from
<br />the State to allow review on possible purchase and use of the property.
