Silent Hills (299-65) 19 lots - Target Engineering. <br />In view of the two weeks' deferment, the Tentative Map of <br />Silent Hills (299-65) was reviewed and the Check hist read. <br />..Councilman Aiken pointed out if there will be sanitary sewers, <br />sewer easements would be required and, at present, are not on. <br />the map. 1 - <br />There were no other comments or questions. <br />3. Mehner., Eugene (305-65) 2 lots - Engr. Riley. <br />Engr, Riley submitted corrected Tentative Map as requested by <br />the Planning Commission (7/12/65). <br />ACTION: <br />VThat the Tentative Map of Eugene Mehner (305-65), <br />dated August 2, 1965, be approved,. subject to the <br />requiremants set forth by the Flemming Commission, <br />and approving Agencies. <br />$MOTION: Fowls; SECOND: Clayton; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />-4- <br />
