McDougall, Tract No. 3504, for completion of improvements, subject to receipt of a letter from his bonding company extending a similar period. MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Fowle; VOTE: Passed unanimously. 3. Tract No. 3530 - Extension of Time for Improvements. Deputy City Clerk read Engr. J. L,'. Riley's letter dated September 1, 1964 reauesting a one year extension of time to complete improvements in Tract No. 3530 (Izu Subdivision). It was the opinion of the Council a six month extension would be sufficient. ACTION: That an extension of six months to March 3, 1965 be granted in order to complete improvements in Tract No. 3530, subject to a letter from bonding company extending a similar period. MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Fowls; VOTE: Passed unanimously. 4. Mount St. Joseph's Home for Girls - Request for Placement of signs. Deputy City Clerk read 1°r. B. P. Oliver's letter of July 29, 1964. ACTION: That the request of Mount St. Joseph's Home for Girls for the placement of signs be approved. MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Fowle; VOTE: Passed unanimously. 5. Cards Bob (V-202-64) - Appeal of Planning Commission action re Request £or ahead Utilities. Withdrawn from the Agenda at the request of the applicant. VARIANCES: 1. Moeller, Hans (V-2000064) - Request for Overhead Utilities. Deputy City Clerk read the recommendations of the Planning Commission. The Council concurred the wires would be well screened. There were no objections from property owners. ACTION: That the request. of Hans Moeller (V-200-64) for overhead utilities be approved. I,?OTION: Henley; SECOND: Fowls; VOTE: Passed unanimously. 2.
