Since the majority of the audience were present to be heard on the proposed Palo Alto improvements for Manuella Road, the Mayor changed the order of business, taking first, Item 1 of New Business. NEW. BUSINESS: -) 1. Petition Re: Proposed_ Manuella Road Improvements. At the request of Mr.'Jerry Parks, 14710 Manuella Road, the City Manager read the petition signed by 70 Los Altos Hills residents and 32 Palo Alto residents requesting the Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills to reject any requestfrom the City of Palo Alto for extra -territorial jurisdiction over portions o£.Los Altos Hills territory for the purpose of widening Manuella .Road.. Such petition is on file at the Town Hall and hereby made a part of the Minutes. firs. J. Parks submitted additional signatures, bringing the total to 77 Los Altos Hills residents, and 44 Palo Alto residents, requesting these\signatures be incorporated into the Minutes. ACTION: - That the additional signatures be added to the petition as part of the resolution read into the Minutes.
