UNSCHEDULBD ITEMS: <br />1. Oath of Office - City Manager. <br />The oath of office for City Manager of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />was administered to Lowell W. Morse by Clayton J. Smith, City Clerk <br />pro tem. <br />2. Seidman, George - Request for Extension of Time to File Final Maps. <br />ACTION: <br />That the request of George Seidman for extension of <br />one (1) year to December 20, 1967 for filing final map <br />of Tract No. 4111 be approved. <br />MOTION: Davey; SECOND: Aiken; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />3. Davis, Donald (V-275-66) - Request for Reductions of Setback Requirement. <br />for New Residence at 26624 Via Cerro Gordo. <br />ACTION: <br />That the request of Donald Davis (V-275-66) be <br />approved in accordance with the recommendations <br />of the Planning Commission. <br />MOTION: Bowler; SECOND: .Davey; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />4. Stutz, Robert S. (V-274-66) - Request for Reduction of Setback Requirement <br />for New Garage and Shop at 25310 Elena Road. <br />ACTION: <br />That the request of Robert S. Stutz (V-274-66) <br />be approved, as recommended by the Planning Commission. <br />MOTION: Davey; SECOND: Aiken; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />S. Town Traffic Sign Proposal. <br />City Manager submitted California State Automobile Association traffic <br />sign deficiency study of the streets within Los Altos Hills, and <br />recommendations for 245 additional sign locations. <br />Although the charge was considered fair, Council requested any <br />expenditures be held to the budgeted amount. Without objection, the <br />matter was referred to the City Manager and Law Enforcement Committee <br />for a determination of the most needed signs. <br />-2- <br />
