CITY ATTORNEY <br />2) Th- City lttornoy reported that in determining the status of <br />new ldgisintion on noisy vehicles, four bills war. introduced last <br />session, 2 failing and 2 passed, of which, one does not apply to the <br />Town. Ho stated the full text of the remaining bill will b2 av::i_able <br />for the next meeting. <br />City 'Engineer had no report. CITY ENGINEER <br />City Manager roported he had a s:assion with Mr. R. Towle, 26093 CITY <br />;Ycston Drive, on Ordinance No. Q (Grading) and as a result sub- MANAGER <br />pitted and road a memo to the Council dated August 17th regarding <br />grading ordinance violations. This nano suggested, that until the <br />Planning Commission is ably to submit a tentative grading ordinance, <br />that the Staff administratively require site development plans prior <br />to issuance of building permits in all instances, and further that <br />the Staff require grading plans for engineering approval for any <br />grading in excess of 600 cubic yards. <br />City .ttorney stated thorn was no 1 gal problem to adhering to this <br />proceaur_, since this was the intent of the grading ordinance. <br />Motion by Councilman .liken, Second by Councilman Davey, that fee Council MOTION <br />approve the memorandum of the City manager dated August 17, 1967 & VOTE <br />regarding grading ordinance violations, was passed unanimously by <br />Void Vote. <br />-3- <br />Pr_sentations from the Floor were nada by: Nrs.
