Scheduled Item #5: <br />RFQUBST FOR ACTION ON SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 - Mr. Louis P. <br />Corbetta. <br />City Manager presented communications relating to scheduled Item #5- <br />1) Letter dated October 30, 1967 from Mx. Louis P. Corbettaâś“ and <br />attachments, requesting action on Sewer Assessment District #2, and <br />2) Letter dated November 6, 1967 from Mr. John T. Parker, 14225 <br />Amherst Court, read by City Manager, objecting to formation of proposed <br />Sevier Assessment District No. 5 and objecting to the formation of any <br />assessment district in which the situation described by him prevails. <br />Oral testiuony was given by Mr. Corbetta on his request. <br />The Mayor announced receipt of a letter from Dr. M. Shibuya, 1605 <br />Hollingsworth Drive, Mountain View, requesting that Assessment District <br />#2 proceed. <br />RECESS: At 10:25 P. M., the Mayor adjourned the meeting for recess. <br />At 10:38 P. M., the Mayor reconvened the meeting. <br />COKAUNICATIONS: <br />The following communications were read by the City Manager: <br />1) Letter dated November 1, 1967 from Mayor Frances K. Dias, of the <br />City of Palo Alto, advising of the meeting date of November 21, 1967, <br />Tuesday, at 1:00 P. M. in the Conference Room of the Palo Alto City <br />Hall, to explore the desirability of establishing a regional type <br />human relations group. <br />The Mayor stated a citizen will be chosen and the Council consulted. <br />2) Letter dated November 1, 1967 from Frank L. Martinelli, requesting <br />consideration of his Tentative Map be postponed until the November 20th <br />meeting. O. Box 872, Los Altos, commenting on the septic tank/sewer situation. <br />The Mayor read letters from <br />5) Mrs. Richard S. Dawson, 11625 Magdalena Road, expressing the family's <br />appreciation to the Council for the Memorial Resolution. <br />6) Firs. R. F.
