Miller, Chairman of the Freeway Noise Abatement Track 4 <br />Committee, orally reported on the progress of .the Committee's activi- 90 <br />ties of their last three meetings and announced that informal, open <br />meetings will be held on the first Thursday ofeach month. (At time <br />of publication, the January meeting date has yet to be decided due to <br />the conflict of the Council's Study Session on January 4th.) <br />At the request of Councilman Davey, the Mayor directed the Staff to <br />compile a summary of Mr. Miller's remarks and forward them to the Council. <br />Mayor Henley extended the thanks of the Council to Mr. Miller and his <br />Committee and instructed the Staff to agenda for the next meeting a.. <br />further report from this Committee. <br />Scheduled Item No. 2. Reel 3 <br />CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE RE: SEPTIC SYSTEMS: Side 2 <br />Track 4 <br />In view of Councilman Aiken's report on the progress with the Health 182 <br />Department, the Mayor instructed the Staff to agenda this ordinance <br />for the January 15th meeting. <br />Unscheduled Item No. 3. <br />PHILLIPS, DONAID A. (V-295-67) - Request for approval of 12' Fence for Reel 3 <br />Tennis Court at 27860 Black Mountain Road. Side 2 <br />Track 4 <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Benson moved, seconded by 192 <br />Councilman Aiken, that the request of Donald A. Phillips (V-295-67) <br />be approved, in accordance with the recommendationsof the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Unscheduled ,Item No. 4. <br />ROSEHILL ESTATES NO. 2 (336-67) Tentative Map of 6 lots. Engr.G. Hagey. Reel 3 <br />Side 2 <br />MOTION AND SECOND: Councilman Davey moved, seconded by Councilman Track 4 <br />Benson, that She Tentative Nap of Rosehill Estates No. 2 (336-67), 204 <br />6 lots, be approved, subject to the Check List and the communications <br />from the Path Committee dated December 14, 1967 and the Fire Department <br />dated December 15, 1967. <br />AMENDMENT: Councilman Aiken requested the Motion be amended by adding <br />to the Motion, "Sewage disposal to be according to the requirements of <br />the Health Department". The Amendment was accepted by the Mover and <br />Seconder. <br />The Motion as amended was carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />Unscheduled Item No. 81 <br />HILLCREST ESTATES NO. 1, TRACT NO. 4019 - Request for Acceptance of Reel 3 <br />Laprovements. Side 2 <br />Q/1 <br />City Manager read the City Engineer's letter of December 18, 1967, Track 4 <br />recommending acceptance with two provisions.
