CITY COUNCIL <br />T9,1N OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING <br />April 19, 1966 <br />The Regular Adjourned Meeting of the City Council of the Town of <br />Los Altos Hills was called to order, Tuesday, April 19, 1966, by <br />Mayor Albert T. Henley, at 7:55 T. N'`. at the Town Hall, 26379 <br />Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. <br />ROLI: CALL: FRP=ldT: Councilmen Aiken, Bowler, Mayor Henley <br />ABSENT: Councilmen Clayton, Fowls <br />Mayor Henley apologized for any inconvenience to the Town's people <br />due to the April 18m meeting being adjourned to April 19, 1966, <br />for lack of a quorum. <br />The following statement prepared by Councilman Aiken and at his <br />request and without objection is incorporated in the Minutes at this <br />point: "I wish to state that, contrary to word that was passed <br />around, I was here for last nite's meeting as were 4 of the 5 <br />councilmen. I understand Mr. Clayton had signified he would and <br />wanted to attend. I have objected to Mr. Henley the cancelling of <br />this meeting when so many townspeople were known to have made <br />arrangements to attend." <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: April 4, 1966. <br />Omission: <br />Page 2, Item 3, McCulloch Investment Co. <br />(318-66), add "Councilman Aiken requested the <br />City Council to consider the requirement of <br />fire resistant plantings, as recommended by <br />the Fire Chief, be placed on all Tentative <br />Maps and will submit a recommendation on <br />methods for its incorporation into the Town's <br />requirements." <br />ACTION: <br />That the Minutes of April 4, 1966 be <br />approved, subject to the inclusion of <br />Councilman Aiken's remarks on fire <br />resistant plantings. <br />NOTION: Bawler; SECOND: Aiken <br />VOTE: Tossed unanimously. <br />PLRIINING COMMISSION RETRE- <br />S-?'NT TIVE f,T COUNCIL MEETING: Commissioner A.
