USE PERMIT: Los Altos Hills Country Club (Cont'd.): <br />As a result of a personal survey indicating many residents <br />opposed the pool, and in the interests of these residents, <br />Councilman Aiken voted "No". <br />The Question was called: <br />ROLL CELL: i,YES: Bowler, Davey, Fowls, Mayor Henley <br />NOES: Aiken <br />ABSENT: None <br />There being no objection, the Mayor instructed the City <br />Attorney to prepare a written ruling for the file as requested <br />by :=r. Ferrari. <br />DIVISIONS OF LAND: Final Maps: <br />1. Sunrise Farms (31']-66) 5 lots -ngr. Macabee. <br />Mr. L. C. Macabee requested Council consideration of the <br />Final Map of Sunrise Farms which, through no fault of his, <br />was omitted from the ikgenda. <br />ACTION: <br />That the Council consider the Final Map of <br />Sunrise Farms (31']-66). <br />S'!OTION: Davey; SECOND: Fowle; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />ACTION: <br />That the Final Map of Sunrise Farms (317-66), <br />Tract No. 4180, be approved subject to the <br />receipt of the corrected bond. <br />MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: liken; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />BUILDING SITE AFPROVYliL: <br />1.
