CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGUL;:R ADJOURNED MEETING <br />September 6, 1966 <br />The Regular Adjourned Meeting of the City Council of the Town of <br />Los -Altos Hills was called to order Tuesday, September 6, 1966 by <br />Mayor Albert T. Henley at 7:55 F. 11. at the Town Hall, 26379 <br />Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilman Aiken, Davey, Fowle, Mayor Henley <br />ABSENT: Councilman Bowler <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 15, 1%6. <br />Amendment: P. 2, Scheduled Items, M. K. <br />Carson, add to ACTION: ..and as <br />presented by Mr. Carson at the Planning <br />Commission meeting of August 8, 1966." <br />ACTION: <br />Adopt Minutes of August 15, 1966 as <br />amended. <br />MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: Davey <br />VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />UNSCI�DULED ITEMS: <br />1. Whit comb Gladys - Request for extension of time for filing <br />final MF' ap. <br />ACTION: <br />That Gladys Whitcomb be granted a six (6) months' <br />extension to April 5, 1967 to file Final Map. <br />MOTION: Fowls; SECOND: Davey; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />2. Davenport, J. C. (V-266-66) - Request for reduction of setback <br />Requirement to twenty (20') feet for addition and carport. <br />ACTION: <br />That the request of J. C. Davenport (V-266-66) <br />be approved, in accordance with the recommenda- <br />tion of the Planning Commission. <br />MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: Aiken; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />
