Oliver, Philip M. - Request _ear Clarification of Town Sewer <br />1 Policy. <br />Since the City Attorney has represented Mr. Oliver, he withdrew <br />from the discussion. <br />Reference is made to letter dated September 19, 1966 from <br />Mr. Oliver's engineer, Riley R, Floyd, requesting clarification. <br />of Town sewer policy since the Health Department has disapproved <br />his subdivision with septic tanks and that it will only be <br />approved when sanitary sewers can be provided. <br />Fir. Oliver was advised that in accordance with Town sewer <br />policy the City Council requires dry lines and that this will <br />be the necessary and sufficient answer to the Health Depart.acnt <br />to allow the temporary installation of septic tanks. <br />At 10:00 P. M., Councilman Aiken announced he had a Dressing <br />appointment and requested Deputy Piaycr Bowler to take up such items <br />as needed immediate action since his departure would leave the <br />Council without a quorum. <br />ORDINANCES: <br />1.
