• RESOLUTION NO. 1341 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS LAH_ 81-.1 ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, on March 4 , . 1981, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, pursuant to a Petition filed theretofore by the landowners for annexation pursuant to Part 2 of Title 4 , Division 2, commencing with Section 35000 , et seq. of the Government Code of California, approved the annexation of the hereinafterterritory designated described dei nated as LAH 81-1 to the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, and by Local Agency Formation Commission Resolution 81-23 directed the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills to initiate proceedings to annex said territory and further directed that such proceedings may be held • without notice and hearing or without an election pursuant to 535221 of the Government Code; and WHEREAS , this Resolution has been prepared in conformance with §35221 of the Government Code, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows : 1. The territory designated as the LAH 81-1 Annexation is located in the County of Santa Clara, State of California, is contiguous to the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills , and the boundaries are described in the real property description and map attached hereto and marked Exhibits "A" and "B" , respectively.
