2 . The territory designated as the LAH 81-1 Annexation is <br /> uninhabited as defined by 535038 of the Government Code of the State <br /> of California as determined by the Local Agency Formation Commission <br /> in its Resolution No. 81-23. <br /> 3. The Local Agency Formation Commission' s Resolution of Approval <br /> did not specify any special terms or conditions for the proposed <br /> annexation. <br /> 4 . All of the landowners within the territory designated as the <br /> LAH 81-1 Annexation have consented in writing to the proposed annexa- <br /> tion as stated by the Local Agency Formation Commission in its <br /> Resolution No. 81-23. <br /> 5. The territory designated as the LAH 81-1 Annexation is hereby <br /> annexed to and made a part of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills . <br /> 6 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to prepare <br /> a certified copy of this Resolution, under seal , giving the date of <br /> passage and transmit the same to the Executive Officer of the Local <br /> Agency Formation Commission. <br /> REGULARLY passed and adopted this 16th day of March, 1981. <br /> By <br /> , ' <br /> lay. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> -2- <br />
