ORDINANCE NO. 300 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING AS AN URGENCY MATTER THE SECOND EXTENSION OF ORDINANCE NO. 292, AS PREVIOUSLY EXTENDED BY ORD NO. 295 WHEREAS, on January 30, 1985 the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 292 entitled: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING AS AN URGENCY MEASURE INTERIM ZONING REGULATIONS REQUIRING A SPECIAL LAND USE PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OR CONVERSION OF STRUCTURES EXCEEDING A HEIGHT OF FIFTEEN (15) FEET IN AN R -A RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT" pursuant to the provisions of Section 65858 0£ the Government Code of California; and WHEREAS, on March 11, 1985 and after notice pursuant to Section 65090 of the Government Code, the City Council conducted a public hearing, and following the completion thereof the City Council deter- mined to extend Ord No. 292 for ten (10) months and fifteen (15) days, and adopted Ord No. 295; and WHEREAS, on January 15, 1986 and after notice pursuant to Section 65090 of the Government Code, the City Council conducted a public hearing to determine whether to further extend Ord No. 292 as previ- ously extended by Ord No. 295, for one (1) year, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, County of Santa Clara, State of California, does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. FINDINGS. The City Council finds: (a) The study ordered to be made by the Planning Commission and the Planning Officer concerning whether to amend the existing zoning and land use regulations of the City of the Town of Los -1-
