%W %0 W J <br />ORDINANCE NO. 306 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />ADOPTING AS AN URGENCY MEASURE THE AUTHORITY TO ISSUE <br />BUILDING PERMITS UNDER THE EXISTING TOWN <br />ZONING LAW FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBED APPLICATIONS <br />The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br />County of Santa Clara, State of California, DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br />SECTION 1. FINDINGS. <br />The City Council finds: <br />(a) On September 3, 1986 the City Council adopted <br />Ordinance No. 305 which, among others, amended the Zoning <br />Law of the Town and which will become effective on Octo- <br />ber 3, 1986. <br />(b) The City Council has been advised that a number <br />of property owners are in a unique position in that they <br />filed applications in compliance with the present Town Zon- <br />ing Law, but which applications would not comply with the <br />amended provisions of the Towns Zoning Law appearing in <br />Ordinance No. 305, and obtained all required permits, ex- <br />cept for building permit, but none of whom will be able <br />to qualify for issuance of a building permit prior to <br />October 3, 1986. <br />(c) The City Council believes it would be unreason- <br />able to require the applicants falling into the catagory <br />described above commence their applications anew. <br />SECTION 2.. BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE. <br />Each person who has submitted an application under the provi- <br />sions of the Zoning Law of the Town as it exists on the date this <br />Ordinance is adopted, and who has obtained all necessary approvals <br />
