ORDINANCE NO. 267 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br />HILLS AMENDING CHAPTER 5 ENTITLED "ZONING" OF THE <br />LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTIONS <br />9-5.215 (1) AND 9-5.231, AND BY AMENDING SUBSECTION <br />(b) OF SECTION 9-5.503, RESPECTIVELY, CONCERNING <br />WALLS AND FENCES <br />The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CODE. <br />Chapter 5 entitled "Zoning" of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding to Article 2 thereof <br />Section 9-5.215 (1) to read as follows: <br />SECTION 9-5.215 (1). FENCE. <br />"Fence" shall mean a constructed barrier or screen <br />composed of wood, metal, masonry, glass, plastic <br />or any other construction material (not including <br />graded berms or living hedges). <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT OF CODE <br />Chapter 5 entitled "Zoning" of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding to Article 2 thereof <br />Section 9-5.231 to read as follows: <br />SECTION 9-5.231. WALL. <br />"Wall" shall mean a constructed barrier or screen <br />composed of wood, metal, masonry, glass, plastic <br />or any other construction material (not including <br />graded berms or living hedges). <br />
