V <br />Section 6-4.311. Confidentiality. <br />(a) Any information submitted to the City Engineer <br />pursuant to this Article may be claimed as con- <br />fidential by the submitter. Any such claim <br />must be asserted at the time of submission in <br />the manner prescribed on the application form <br />or, in the case of other submissions, by <br />stamping the words 'confidential business <br />information' on each page containing such <br />information. Information submitted prior to <br />the inclusion of this Section in this Article <br />may be withdrawn and replaced by submittals <br />stamped 'confidential business information'. <br />If no such claim is made at the time of sub- <br />mission or within ninety (90) days after this <br />Section becomes effective, the information may <br />be made available to the public without further <br />notice. <br />(b) Information and data provided to the City <br />Engineer pursuant to this Section which is <br />effluent data shall be available to the public <br />without restriction. <br />(c) All other information which is submitted to <br />the City Engineer shall be available to the <br />public. <br />(d) A discharger may be prohibited from discharging <br />a substance unless its composition is made <br />known to the City Engineer. <br />SECTION 7. AMENDMENT OF CODE. <br />Article 3 of Chapter 4 of Title 6 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal <br />Code hereby is amended by adding Section 6-4.318(1) thereto to read as <br />follows: <br />ae <br />
