This subsection shall <br />not establish a requirement to test for the purposes of, <br />this Chapter. <br />SECTION 4-13.202. EXCLUSIONS. <br />This Chapter does not apply to the following: <br />(a) Certain Elemental Metals. <br />The following elemental metals included within the purview <br />of Section 4-13.201 shall not be considered hazardous mate- <br />rials for purposes of this Chapter unless they are stored <br />in a friable, powdered or finely divided state: Aluminum, <br />-5- <br />
