• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 887 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS <br /> ALTOS HILLS EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM ON THE ACCEPT- <br /> ANCE OF APPLICATIONS FOR THE DIVISION OF LAND <br /> WHEREAS, on July 3, 1974 the City Council of the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hills adopted Resolution No. 790 which imposed a moratorium <br /> upon the acceptance of applications for the division of land within <br /> the Town of Los Altos Hills; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 6, 1974 the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 832 which extended the above described moratorium for an additional <br /> period of eight (8) months from and after November 4, 1974; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to consider the extension of <br /> the above described moratorium for an additional period of one <br /> year pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 18, 1975 the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 885 setting the hour of 7: 30 P.M. on July 2, 1975 at the <br /> meeting place of the City Council as the time and place for con- <br /> ducting a public hearing on the proposed extension of the above <br /> described moratorium; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing has been given in the <br /> manner prescribed by Section 68586; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing has been conducted on the proposed <br /> extension of the above described moratorium and it appearing that <br /> there has not been a period sufficient to allow completion of a <br /> full review of the Town regulations affecting subdivisions and the <br /> preparation, consideration and adoption of such modifications of <br /> the said regulations as may be found to be appropriate and. necessary, <br />
