SECTION 6: The establishment or creation in .said codes of officers- , sucfi as inspectors, shall not require the Town of Loa Altos Hills to immediately appoint .the said officers. The City Council may enter into contracts and engagements with other public agencies where permitted by general law for the performance of the services and duties as may be required and for the enforcement of the said codes hereinabove adopted. There is hereby created an office of Building Inspector of the Town of Los Altos Hills with any deputy thereof.
