ORDINAANCE '# 311 �M; - 2 - <br />(b) Promulgate and enforce necessary rules and <br />regulations. <br />(c) Adopt all forms and prescribe information <br />deemed desirable to be stated therein. <br />(d) Require applicant to state such facts in <br />writing and upon penalty of perjury as deemed necessary. <br />SECTION 13-7: Procedure <br />Application shall be filed in person or by mail <br />and shall be accompanied by the payment of the fee as provided <br />herein. A written receipt shall be given for any payment <br />made and a license, if as a license, or insignia thereof <br />delivered. <br />SECTION 13-8: Term - The period for which a' <br />license is issued shall be for the fiscal year of City dating <br />from July let in any year to June 30th of the succeeding year, <br />or any fraction of such year. <br />SECTION 13-9: Renewal - Renewal of License may <br />be had by payment of the fee therefor. <br />SECTION 13-10: Fees: The Annual License fee <br />shall be set forth in the following Schedule: <br />(a) <br />General Contractor - including building, paving <br />and repair and remodelling operations. <br />3 50.00 <br />(b) <br />Amusement Parks, Camp grounds, restaurant or <br />dancing facilities. <br />50.00 <br />(c) <br />Auctioneers - for the 1st day with an additional <br />25.00ect <br />charge for additional days <br />(d) <br />Delivery of commodities to locations within the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills from '-lithout the City on <br />regular schedules for established routes for each <br />from one to five route operation <br />25.00 <br />(e) <br />Delivery of commodities to locations within the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills not an regular schedule <br />or established routes a <br />l.fee for vehicle 1 ton or less capacity <br />5..00 <br />2.fee for one to 8 ton vehicle <br />8.00 <br />3.fee for over 8 ton vehicle <br />12.00 <br />(f) <br />All other businesses <br />25.00 <br />g <br />No fee shall be required for any non-profit <br />activity for which the City Council of the Town <br />of Los Altos Hills gives Permit. <br />Except <br />that for any license issued after January let <br />of <br />any year the fee shall be one-half that stipulated <br />in <br />the above table. <br />SECTION 13-11: Contents of License <br />Each License shall contain: <br />lal Name of Licensee or business under which conducted. <br />b Rind and address of business <br />c License fee <br />d Date of issuance and of expiration <br />(e) Such other information as License officer deems pertinent. <br />SECTION 13-12: Display - Any License issued <br />hereunder, or any insignia in connection therewith, shall be <br />kept for public display in connection with the conduct of <br />this business and as to any motor vehicles by affixing to a <br />proper location to seen on such vehicle. <br />SECTION 13-13: Home occupation exclusion - No <br />License shall be required for a strictly home occupation which <br />is defined as part time activity wholly minor in character and <br />as related to a main occupation as homemaker and completely <br />incidental to household duties and without advertising <br />referring to location or visible evidence thereof from the outside. <br />-2- <br />
