i • • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 832 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br /> HILLS EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF <br /> APPLICATIONS FOR THE DIVISION OF LAND <br /> WHEREAS, on July 3, 1974 the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills adopted Resolution No. 790 which imposed a moratorium upon the <br /> acceptance of applications for the division of land within the Town <br /> of Los Altos Hills; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to consider the extension of <br /> the above described moratorium for an additional period of eight (8) <br /> months pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 16, 1974 the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 828 setting the our of 7: 30 P.M. on November 6, 1974 at the <br /> meeting place of the City Council as the time and place for conducting <br /> a public hearing on the proposed extension of the above described <br /> moratorium; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing has been given in the <br /> manner prescribed by Section 68586; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing has been conducted on the proposed <br /> extension of the above described moratorium and it appearing that there <br /> has:. not _ been a period sufficient to allow completion of a full <br /> review of the Town regulations affecting subdivisions and the pre- <br /> paration, consideration and adoption of such modifications of the <br /> said regulations as may be found to be appropriate and necessary, <br /> and it further appearing that there has been commenced a study of <br /> the problems described in Resolution No. 790, to. wit: <br /> I <br />
