-3- mot 2093 cont ' d. Resolution No. 231 , accepting improvements in Tract No. 2093, was presented and read by the City Clerk. ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 231 as read. MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: Bowle; ROLL CALL: AYES: Bowler, Fowle , Henley, Mayor Clayton NOES: None ABSENT: Aiken VARIANCES: 1. Guasch, Claude F: (125-62) - Request for Reduction of Setback Require- ment for Residence. The Clerk stated that approval was recommended by the Planning Com- mission. He explained the Plan, as shown, was objectionable to one of the adjoining property owners; that a compromise has been reached. The Planning Commission recommended approval of reduction of setback requirement on the southwesterly boundary to twenty feet (20 ' ) and on the southeasterly boundary, reduction to fifteen feet (15' ) . ACTION: That the request for variance of Claude P. Guasch (V-125-62) be approved as presently proposed and recommended by the Planning Commission. MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Fowle; VOTE: Passed unanimously 2; Petrick Richard- D.- (138-63) - Request for Reduction of Setback for Residence Addition. The City Clerk explained that the request is for reduction to fifty- two feet (52 ' ) from the centerline of Burke Road in order that an addition might be made to the existing house. Commissioner Hawley commented that Mr. Petrick had presented sketches of the addition planned and that the Planning Commission was in favor of granting the variance. ACTION: That the request of Richard D. Petrick (138-63) be approved as submitted. MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: Henley; VOTE: Passed unanimously 3. Peterson Barbara B. (136-63) - Request for Reduction of Setback Re- qu1rement for Residence. The Clerk explained that a house has been constructed thirty feet (30' ) from the southerly lot line , but due to an error in the Record Map of property conveyed to Mrs. Peterson, the house is actually nineteen 1
