Guasch, Claude F: (125-62) - Request for Reduction of Setback Require- <br /> ment for Residence. <br /> The Clerk stated that approval was recommended by the Planning Com- <br /> mission. He explained the Plan, as shown, was objectionable to one <br /> of the adjoining property owners; that a compromise has been reached. <br /> The Planning Commission recommended approval of reduction of setback <br /> requirement on the southwesterly boundary to twenty feet (20 ' ) and on <br /> the southeasterly boundary, reduction to fifteen feet (15' ) . <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the request for variance of Claude P. Guasch (V-125-62) be <br /> approved as presently proposed and recommended by the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Fowle; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> 2; Petrick Richard- D.- (138-63) - Request for Reduction of Setback for <br /> Residence Addition. <br /> The City Clerk explained that the request is for reduction to fifty- <br /> two feet (52 ' ) from the centerline of Burke Road in order that an <br /> addition might be made to the existing house. <br /> Commissioner Hawley commented that Mr. Petrick had presented sketches <br /> of the addition planned and that the Planning Commission was in favor <br /> of granting the variance. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the request of Richard D. Petrick (138-63) be approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: Henley; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> 3. Peterson Barbara B. (136-63) - Request for Reduction of Setback Re- <br /> qu1rement for Residence. <br /> The Clerk explained that a house has been constructed thirty feet (30' ) <br /> from the southerly lot line , but due to an error in the Record Map of <br /> property conveyed to Mrs. Peterson, the house is actually nineteen <br /> 1 <br />
