Riley. <br /> The Clerk read the provisions of the Check List and recommendation <br /> for approval from the Planning Commission and all agencies. <br /> The Mayor called attention to the existing bridle path along the <br /> Vogler property and adjoining lands of Ferris and suggested that an <br /> easement be granted in order that the path may not have to be abandon- <br /> ed. <br /> Mr. Vogler stated that he would be agreeable to granting the easement. <br /> Following discussion, relating to drainage within the subdivision, the <br /> decision was to have the Staff take care of the matter, working out <br /> a solution with Mr. Vogler. <br /> Councilman Fowle called attention to the two (2) driveways on Natoma <br /> Roads (Lots 8 and 11) . <br /> The Clerk explained that these driveways cannot be closer than one <br /> hundred feet (100 ' ) to the intersection. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the Tentative Map of Fred Vogler (248-63) lots be approved <br /> subject to the conditions of the Check List, the City Engineer' s <br /> letter, and acceptance of the in lieu payment for paths if re- <br /> quested by the Subdivider, and grant of an eight foot (8' ) mini- <br /> mum public easement between Black Mountain Road and the Ferris <br /> property by any route acceptable by the City Manager and the <br /> subdivider. <br /> ` MOTION: Fe- 1,j: SECOND: Henley; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br />
