Riley. <br /> The City Clerk stated that the Planning commission recommended ap- <br /> poval on March 7, 1963 and read the amended Check List, <br /> Relative to the condition that Subdivider be allowed to pay in lieu <br /> of construction of twelve thousand feet (1200' ) of paths, Mr. Breyman <br /> requested that he be allowed to pay fifteen hundred dollars (01500.00) <br /> rather than for the 1200' at one dollar and sixty-five cents (161,65) <br /> per lineal foot, stating that he will be constructing over four hun- <br /> dred fifty feet (450 ' ) of paths. `�O,A1�+"-,61��—�rb�_n <br /> ACTION: oe' '61'� <br /> That the Tentative Map of E. A.
