Oliver Noll, Tract No. 3380 - Engr. McKay & Somps - Requestfor <br /> submission of Final Map in Two Parts : Part One , for approval <br /> now and Extension of Time to File- Final Map for Part Two. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the Council approve the request of Oliver Noll, <br /> as stated in his letter of August 9, 1963. <br /> MOTION : Bowler; SECOND : Aiken; VOTE: Passed. unanimously. <br /> 2. Ravenscrest, Tract No. 3246 - Request for Extension of Time <br /> (60 days) to Complete Tract Improvements . <br /> ACTION: <br /> That upon conditional approval of the Bonding Company, <br /> the Council will grant an extension of sixty (60) days <br /> ( ) to Ravenscrest Tract No. 3246; in the event the Tract <br /> improvements are not finished on time , the bonding <br /> penalty will run from the original. date of completion. <br /> MOTION: Bowler; SECOND : Aiken. <br /> ROLL CALK: AYES : Aiken, Bowler, Acting Mayor Fowle <br /> NOES : None <br /> ABSENT: Henley, Mayor Clayton <br /> 3. Moxon, dated August 5, <br /> 1963, and presented a petition dated August 8, 1963 signed by a <br /> number of interested general contractors , requesting the City <br /> Council to repeal Ordinance No. 88. <br /> Messrs. Moxon, Newman, Powell, Vogler and Carmichael presented . <br /> their objections. <br /> The Council concurred that only one side was represented and the <br /> subject needed further. study. Mr. Arthur S. Alter, representing <br /> the Planning Commission, was requested to bring this matter <br /> ✓� before the Planning Commission under "New Business" . The City <br /> Clerk was asked to place this matter on the Agenda for a Study <br /> Session at the next Regular Adjourned Meeting on September 3, 1963. <br /> -2- <br />
