Huttlinger as to the schedule <br /> completion of the subdivision and its improvements, Mr. Smith <br /> stated that he plans to proceed with filing Final Map and improve- <br /> ments upon the approval of the Tentative Map. <br /> Relative to the Covenant to run with the land regarding mainten- <br /> ance of the private road, the Attorney stated that the Council <br /> could require such a covenant , but that it is the responsibility <br /> of Mr. Smith to execute the Covenant with the neighbors and sub- <br /> hip mit it to the Council. <br />
