He recommended that Councilmen give the matter <br /> some study and that no action be taken at this time. <br /> The Mayor requested that a copy of Senator Thompson' s letter be for- <br /> warded to Councilman for consideration; that the matter be placed on <br /> the next Council meeting. <br /> VARIANCES : <br /> 1. Dixon, Kenneth (V-114-62) - Request for Reduction of Setback Require- <br /> ment for a Residence. <br /> The Clerk read the Planning Commission' s recommendation for approval. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the request of Kenneth Dixon (V-114-62) be approved. <br /> MOTION: Sherlock; SECOND : Fowle ; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> 2. Kroeck, Richard (V-116-62) - Request for Reduction of Setback Re- <br /> quirement for a Residence. <br /> The Clerk reported that the Planning Commission recommended approval of <br /> a reduction of setback requirement to thirty feet (30' ) from driveway <br /> easement . <br /> In view of objections stated by Mrs. E. Prince , adjacent property owner, <br /> and a question as to the status of the access easement , the following <br /> action was taken: <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the request for variance of Richard Kroeck (V-116-62) be <br /> postponed in the hope that the parties may come to an agree- <br /> ment between themselves. <br /> MOTION: Fowle ; SECOND: Henley; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> The City Attorney was asked to report on the status of the driveway <br /> easement relative to the number of lots being served. <br /> DIVISIONS OF LAND : <br /> Tentative Maps : <br /> 1.
