E. A. Breyman Subdivision <br /> The recommendation of the Planning Commission, with regard to the path <br /> requirement , was discussed. <br /> Councilman Henley arrived. <br /> Illustrated plan of pathway system was presented and explained by Mr. <br /> Salfen. The Plan would require Mr. Breyman to construct path along <br /> the in tract road and would pay in lieu for construction of path along <br /> the off tract road. <br /> Mr. Breyman indicated that he would prefer constructing a path along <br /> the common boundary of his property and the Frct.c-Ciceroni property. <br /> The actual cost for construction of paths was discussed with Neference <br /> to the amount required under the provision of 'In Lieu Payment ' , noting <br /> that the amount now being paid is not sufficient for actual construc- <br /> tion. <br /> Mr. Riley, Engineer, stated that he had submitted sketches of redesign <br /> of path plans, a lesser standard, and stated that he would like the <br /> Council to consider the changes. <br /> Mr. Salfen stated his recommendation is for Mr. Breyman to construct <br /> the path along the dedicated road to be continued along the property <br /> lines to the westerly end of the subdivision. <br /> The City Engineer was asked to submit a report relative to revised F/fin <br /> for paths at the next meeting. <br /> NEW BUSINESS : <br /> 1. Junipero Serra Freeway. <br /> Mayor Clayton reported on a meeting held with the California Division <br /> firof Highways District Engineers with regard to the Junipero Serra Free- <br /> way, stating that an agreement had been reached with relative to the <br /> Council ' s additional conditions to the Freeway Agreement. He announced <br /> that the amended Agreement will probably be executed in the near future. <br />
