Acceptance of Planting - Fremont Hills Units No. 2 and 4. <br /> Letter from the Fremont Hills Development Co. , dated May 26, 1961 <br /> referred to a letter dated Mar. 15, 1961, and requested acceptanc, <br /> of the planting in Units No. 2 and 4. <br /> The fact was mentioned that the planting will have to be main- <br /> tained for two (2) s+'nners, and the question arose as to whether <br /> the request is for approval of the inprovenents or acception of <br /> improvements. <br /> The Clerk was instructed to write to the Developers asking that <br /> their request be clarified. <br /> 5. Acceptance of rink Horse Ranch Sewers. <br /> The City Attorney recommended that action be deferred until an <br /> agreement has been drawn between between the City of Los Altos <br /> and the Town of Los Altos Hills. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the matter be tabled and be reactivated by the Mayor,. <br /> 6.
