M. at the Town Hall, 26379 `test Fremont Ave. , Los Altos Hills. <br /> ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilman Bledsoe, Clayton, Sherlock, Treat , <br /> Mayor Fowle ' <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> MINUTES: February 2nd. 1959. <br /> ACTION: <br /> The minutes of February 2nd, 1959 were adopted as submitted. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS& ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> 1. Oscar B. Holm - Letter of February 162 announcing resignation from <br /> the Planning Commission. <br /> Deferred to New Business. <br /> 2. North County Mayors ' Committee - Meeting scheduled to be held Feb- <br /> ruary 182 has been cancelled. <br /> 3. De Leuw & Cather Company Resort - Presentation to the City of Los <br /> Altos and the Town of Los Altos Hills Thursday, February 192 at <br /> 8 F. M. at the City Hall, Los Altos. <br /> The Mayor urged attendance by Councilmen and Planning Commissioners. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Two items of Old 7usiness were rostponed until the arrival of the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1.. Davison, Gladys - Request for Waiver of Provisions of Subdivision <br /> Ordinance #35. •Itgr. Nolte. <br /> The City Clerk read letter, dated January 292, 1959, from airs. <br /> Davison requesting waiver of provisions of Ordinance ir35 in con- <br /> sideration of division of ten acres into two parcels of 4. 5 and <br /> 5.5 acres each. and stating that improvements are to be made at <br /> the time the parcels are subdivided. <br /> Suggestion was made that the Town explore the possibility of having <br /> Mrs. Davison dedicate the narrow end of the 5. 5 acre parcel to the <br /> Town. That portion of the Davison property abutts Fremont Hills <br /> Unit #6. <br /> Mr. William D. Coldiron stated that the Fremont Hills Development <br /> Company would be willing to dedicate an adjoining portion of their <br /> land to the Town. <br />
