Coldiron, <br /> and Commissioner Mellquist, ex officio. <br /> 2. Fremont Hills Development Company - Consideration for teceptance <br /> of Drainage Culverts on West Fremont kvenue. <br /> Mr. Coldiron was present. <br /> Letters from City 'Ingineer, dated February 11, 1959, recommended <br /> that the City Council accept the improvements (drainage culverts <br /> on 'lest Fremont !:venue) . <br /> ACTION; <br /> That the Town accept the drainage culverts, 4'x6' box culvert, <br /> and 42' reinforced pipe culvert , subject to the filing of <br /> maintenance bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the <br /> total improvement bond. <br /> MOTION: Clayton; 3' C0-D: Bledsoe <br /> ROLL C^.LL: kYES: Bledsoe, Clayton, -;herlock, Treat, Mayor <br /> Towle <br /> NOES • Hone <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> The City attorney stated that :5,000 cash had been paid by the <br /> Fremont dills Development Company to protect the Town against <br /> damages. <br /> 3. Drainage - Culvert near the Maurer property on W. Fremont. <br /> Councilman Treat stated that the culvert is inadequate and in- <br /> quired whether or not it is on the Town's priority list for im- <br /> provement. <br /> The City Clerk stated that it is not and that the Town should be <br /> able to gain this improvement from the divisions of land upstream. <br />
