Drainage - Culvert near the Maurer property on W. Fremont. <br /> Councilman Treat stated that the culvert is inadequate and in- <br /> quired whether or not it is on the Town's priority list for im- <br /> provement. <br /> The City Clerk stated that it is not and that the Town should be <br /> able to gain this improvement from the divisions of land upstream. <br />
