-3- <br /> Fink Horse Ranch cont 'd. <br /> to precising of El Monte and re-alignment of Foody Road, the fol- <br /> lowing action was taken. <br /> 4 ACTION: <br /> That the map of Fink Horse Ranch X2, Tract 1833, 8 lots be re- <br /> ferred to the Planning Commission with a letter from the City <br /> Clerk, setting forth the specific conditions for denial and <br /> requesting that the map be given top priority and be returned <br /> to the Council with its recommendations. <br /> MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: Sherlock; <br /> ROLL CALL: AYES: Clayton, Sherlock, Deputy Mayor Bledsoe <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABS?'NT: Henley, Mayor Fowle <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Variances : <br /> 1. Claitor, James D. (V-41-59) - Request for Reduction of Sideyard <br /> Setback to 12' . <br /> The City Clerk reported that approval had been recommended by the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the variance of James D. Claitor (V-41-59) requesting <br /> reduction of setback requirements be approved, subject to the <br /> restriction stated in letter of February 24M, 1959 from James <br /> D. Claitor. <br /> MOTION: Sherlock; SECOND: Clayton; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> DIVISIONS OF. LAND: <br /> 1. Camino Del Homes (120-58) 5 lots. Engr. MacKay & Somps. <br /> Mr. Ward Crump, Developer, was present. <br /> Following discussion of the revised tentative map of five lots <br /> relative to the route of the proposed freeway, Mr. Crump stated <br /> that he would like to withrraw the map and re-submit his original <br /> map of 9 lots to the Planning Commission. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to refer the map of nine (9) lots to <br /> the Planning Commission for action. <br /> 2. Minetor, Mary (135-59) 9 lots. Engr. Riley. <br /> The City Clerk stated that the Planning Commission had recommended <br /> 4 approval and read the conditions listed on the Check List. He <br /> stated that the division is a conditional exception, and read a <br /> list of names of residents in the area who had signed as not ob- <br /> jecting to the division of the Minetor property. <br />
