Schwarze, was <br /> read which objections and reasons for requesting the Council not <br /> to approve the division of the Minetor property. The City Clerk <br /> mentioned that Mr. and Mrs. Schwarze had previously signed as <br /> having no objections, <br /> The City Clerk stated that an unsigned letter is on file, address- <br /> ed to the Planning Commission which stated objections but was not <br /> presented due to the lack of signature. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the tentative map of Mary Minetor (135-59) lots be ap- <br /> proved as a .conditional exception, subject to the following <br /> conditions : non-access of lot #2 on Purissima Avenue front- <br /> age and the provision of an adequate easement across the <br /> front of Lot #1, adequacy to be decided by the City Engineer, <br /> and subject to conditions specified by the Planning Commis- <br /> sion. <br /> MOTION: Sherlock; SECOND: Clayton; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> WARRANTS: <br /> Bills were presented by Councilman Clayton in the amount of 110,483.89. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That bills in the amount of 110,483.89 be approved for payment <br /> and that the City Clerk be authorized to draw the appropriate <br /> warrants. <br /> MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: Sherlock; <br /> ROLL CAII: AYES: Clayton, Sherlock, Deputy Mayor Bledsoe <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT : Henley, Mayor Fowle <br /> MEETING ADJOURNED: 10:00 P.
