The subdivision <br />of Dr. Harold J. Beaver was cited as an example. <br />Attention was also called to the the subject of required rights -of <br />way relative to public roads in the Town, and suggested that a <br />policy regarding the establishment of rights-of-way of major roads <br />such as !nest Fremont, Page Mill, and El Monte -Moody Roads should <br />be clarified before approving final maps including such roads. <br />ACTION: <br />That the matter of establishment of a policy for the Town <br />with reference to widths of rights -of -ways of the Town's major <br />roads be referred to the Town %gineer, the Planning Com- <br />mission, and the Planning Consultant. <br />MOTION: Treat; SECOND: Sherlock; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br />4. Fremont Hills Development Com an - Road and Drainage Improvements. <br />eferred from the meeting of June 302, 1958. <br />Mr. John Riley, Mr. L. H. Price, and Mr. Harry Fitzpatrick were <br />present. <br />The report of the City Engineer, dated July 3, 1958 was submitted, <br />consisting of two separate letters. One letter, subject being <br />Fremont Hills Unit - Out -of -tract Drainage, gave Mr. McCandless! <br />recommendation relative to improvement ofdrainage facilities to <br />carry excess water from the Concepcion Avenue ditch. The other <br />letter, dated July 3, 1958, listed work items to be completed in <br />Tract 1848 of Fremont Hills Units #1 and #2. <br />A letter, dated July 70, 1958 and signed by Harry Fitzpatrick, <br />stated two proposals that Fremont Hills Development Company would <br />be willing to agree to. <br />7010-58 <br />
