Copies of Mr.McClure's report <br />regarding assessment districts will be sent to all <br />Council and Commission members for consideration. <br />Richard S. Goett's letter, stated that the- <br />Commission <br />heCommission endorses such an assessment district and <br />recommended same in a resolution. Such a method is <br />more desirable than charging a flat fee per lot of <br />new subdivisions for road improvement because on a <br />fee basis there would not be sufficient funds to <br />improve the road properly. <br />2.
