Amendment to Ordinance 1 �fT <br />t' <br />ORD. 01 <br />Motion: Rothwell; Second: Mayor Treat; Vote: Passe <br />RECOMM]WDATIOYI : <br />Move the Amendment to Ordinance #31, that there be <br />added to Section 13-10 of the Ordinance the following <br />statement: <br />"Except that for any license issued after January lst <br />of any year the fee shall be yk that stipulated in the <br />above table." <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mayor Treat, Councilmen Rothwell, <br />Bledsoe, Hoefler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman J.M. Fowle <br />10. Emeergenev Ordinance #31EMERGENCY <br />Electrical Code Wn ants. ORD. jffl <br />On motion of Councilman Bledsoe, seconded by <br />Councilman Hoefler, Ordinance #33 was adopted <br />by the following vote: <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mayor Treat, Councilmen Rothwell, <br />Bledsoe, Hoefler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman J.M. Fowle <br />11. A letter from Chairman of the Planning Commission, Richard <br />Bullis, to Mayor Sidney W. Treat was read. It contained <br />a description of the loose ends that should be cleared <br />up as soon as possible to make the work of the Planning <br />Commission fair and equitable to the subdivider and <br />the Commission. Mr. Bullis outlined items of first <br />and second priority. <br />The Council decided after considerable discussion to <br />defer action on these items because there is a study <br />committee concerned with these problems.and they will <br />not have their report for several weeks. <br />-3- <br />
