Fowle <br />11. A letter from Chairman of the Planning Commission, Richard <br />Bullis, to Mayor Sidney W. Treat was read. It contained <br />a description of the loose ends that should be cleared <br />up as soon as possible to make the work of the Planning <br />Commission fair and equitable to the subdivider and <br />the Commission. Mr. Bullis outlined items of first <br />and second priority. <br />The Council decided after considerable discussion to <br />defer action on these items because there is a study <br />committee concerned with these problems.and they will <br />not have their report for several weeks. <br />-3- <br />
