Whereas there is deemed a need for established standards to govern the matter of subdivision within the City and to be amended or supplemented from time to time as the need is established And whereas there has been presented by the Planning Commission a set of proposed standards Now therefore be it resolved the Subdivision Standards as proposed by the Flanning-Commission of the Town of Los Altos Hills be and the same are hereby adopted as to govern all subdivision program within such City. Further that these standards may be modified or supple- mented as a need developes by Resolution of the City Council and that these standards be kept on file with the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills for inspection during office hours by any person.
