Mr. James Wilson: Stated that the council should take affirmative action <br />and see that the basic provisions of the ordinance are <br />upheld. Also a grand jury investigation should be called <br />for. <br />Mr. Hoefler: Made a statement in answer to Mr. Guttas statements put <br />forth as objectionable. As far as the overall picture <br />is concerned, the ordinance is good and it will be modi- <br />fied from time to time to meet Town requirements. <br />Vice Mayor Dungan: It is the Council's unanimous knowledge that the work of <br />the Planning Commission is outstanding. <br />Mr. Berg: No signatures of petitioners were derived after notari- <br />zatbn and assured the Council that they proceeded in a <br />democratic manner. <br />Mr. Mellquist: Also in answer to Mr. Gutt's statement read sections of <br />the subdivision ordinance.
