0 <br />their next meeting. <br />Ordinance No. 6 was presented for the first reading. <br />This ordinance pertains to the duties of the city assessor and <br />city tax collector to be performed by the county assessor and <br />tax collector. <br />A report was made by Mr. Bledsoe on an insurance <br />proposal on premiums and bonds. There was a general discussion <br />from the floor on liability and compensation insurance. Mr. <br />Decker, insurance broker., discussed the coverage of a blanket <br />bond. <br />After much discussion, it was moved by Mr. Rothwell <br />and seconded by Mr. Fowle that the insurance matter be tabled <br />for further study until the next meeting. Motion carried. <br />Ordinance No. 7 was presented for the first reading. <br />This ordinance pertains to the rules and regulations of restaurants <br />and food establishments. It was moved by Mr. Bledsoe and seconded <br />by Mr. Dungan that the title only be read and that the ordinance <br />be presented in five days for adoption. <br />Ordinance No. 8 was presented for the first reading. <br />This ordinance relates to the sanitary disposal of sewage. It <br />was moved by Mr. Bledsoe and seconded by Mr. Dungan that the title <br />only be read and that the ordinance be presented in five days for <br />adoption. <br />Mayor Treat presented the matter of the proposed budget <br />for the remainder of the fiscal year, and appointed Mr. Fowles <br />- 2 - <br />2-9-56 <br />
