Town of Los Altos Hills <br />City Council Special Meeting Minutes <br />Thursday, January 24, 2013 <br />Council Chambers, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California <br />Closed Session - 5:30 p.m. <br />Public Session - 6:00 p.m. <br />Present: Councilmember Corrigan, Councilmember Harpootlian, <br />Councilmember Larsen, Vice Mayor Radford, Mayor Waldeck <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: City Manager Carl Cahill, City Attorney Steve Mattas, Planning <br />Director Debbie Pedro, City Engineer/Public Works Director Richard <br />Chiu, Administrative Services Director Yulia Rasulova, Assistant <br />Planner Nicole Horvitz, City Clerk Deborah Padovan <br />REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION <br />City Attorney Steve Mattas reported that the City Council considered both items and <br />Councilmember Larsen abstained on the Linebarger litigation matter. The Council provided <br />direction to staff and there was no reportable action. <br />1. AGENDA REVIEW <br />The following item came to the attention of staff after the agenda was posted; and due to <br />the urgency of the matter, a motion to add the item to the current agenda was considered. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilmember Corrigan, <br />seconded by Councilmember Harpootlian and passed unanimously to add the scheduling <br />of the February City Council meeting to the agenda tonight. <br />Mayor Waldeck stated that the item would be considered as 10.D. <br />2. PRESENTATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS <br />A. Appointment to the Emergency Communications Committee <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilmember Larsen, <br />seconded by Councilmember Harpootlian and passed unanimously to reappoint <br />Bob Rowe to the Emergency Communications Committee for a four-year term. <br />City Council Special Meeting Minutes <br />January 24, 2013 <br />
